CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Bond is set at $1 million dollars for the suspect in the city of Cincinnati's first homicide of the year.

Jahman Akins, 28, was arraigned Wednesday. He was arrested Tuesday night.

Investigators say he shot and killed Kevin Suttles, 38, Tuesday afternoon on Brookcrest Drive in Roselawn.

A second person was reportedly wounded and taken to the hospital but Akins doesn't face a charge for that.
