$3 million bond for North Avondale murder suspect
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A man accused of shooting and killing another man during a drug deal is locked up on a three million dollar bond. Damarcus Lattimore is charged with aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.
Assistant prosecutor David Wood said that Lattimore met with Jamaal Miller in North Avondale on December 11 to buy drugs. Wood said Lattimore attempted to rob Miller and shot him on Glenwood Avenue near Reading Road. Miller died three days later at the hospital.
Wood asked for the highest bond. He said he was convicted in another shooting about two years ago.
