CINCINNATI (WKRC) - The Cavalcade of Customs features 550 vehicles at the Duke Energy Center. It opens at 3 p.m. on Jan. 11.
The show features hot rods, classics, custom cars, motorcycles and more.
Some of these cars are stock cars, some are slightly modified and some are heavily modified. "A lot of these cars from the 50s and 60s, by today's standards, aren't that safe to drive," said Larry Way. "The steering's not as good and the brakes aren't as good as they are with today's cars. so they slightly modify the cars. So, they look like an old car but they're safer to drive."
In addition to the vehicles, there will be demonstrations and celebrity guests including Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and John Schneider.
The show runs through Jan. 13. Discount tickets are available at KOI stores.
