CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - A local commercial real estate developer is working on plans to bring a mix of apartments, retail, restaurants and office space to a key corner in downtown Blue Ash.

Circle Development, which developed the RED in Madisonville, is working with the city of Blue Ash to develop the BLUE, a mixed-use development located at the northwest corner of Kenwood and Cooper roads. The development is expected to be an investment of at least $80 million.
