MILFORD, Ohio (WKRC) - Students at Milford High School are receiving help from the Anthony Munoz Foundation to wrap up their annual service project this year.

The partnership will help 75 local families during the holiday season.

For the past few weeks, students at Milford have been collecting health and beauty supplies at the school, which will fill 75 laundry baskets and be given to local families who could use them.

Shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, toothpaste and deodorant were among the items included.

On Tuesday morning, the school hosted a breakfast for members of the community to showcase all the items that have been donated and to celebrate the hard work of everyone who pitched in to help.

The students who were involved in this project had previously attended the Munoz Foundation's youth leadership seminar earlier this year and this was a service challenge issued to them at that seminar.

As a token of appreciation for what they've done, Anthony Munoz stopped by the school to visit with the students on Tuesday morning.
