Argument between man and woman turns into gunfight

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- An argument between a man and a woman turned into a gunfight in a local neighborhood.Police said Thomas McCary and a woman began fighting outside an apartment on Holland Drive in Winton Terrace Sunday night, July 26, when McCary began firing shots. The woman's brother, who had a concealed carry permit, returned fire hitting McCary once in the leg. Police said after being shot, McCary went into his home and came out with a gun in each hand and started firing more shots at the woman and her 1-year-old child. According to court documents the woman's brother fired more shots to try to divert McCary's attention and he ended up being the only one hit. Officers finally took McCary to jail after crews treated his gunshot wound.
