Butler County deputies searching for man accused of hitting cruiser during pursuit

BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - If you see Jarred Hignite, call the Butler County Sheriff's Office. Deputies are searching for him.

Hignite reportedly struck a deputy's cruiser with his vehicle as part of a chase on Monday.

“You can run but we will catch you!” said Sheriff Richard K. Jones in a release.

The 28-year-old has an active parole violation from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office, and is now wanted for resisting arrest, felonious assault and failure to comply.
