CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - Just like last year, the top of the luxury housing market slowed down a bit in February, but sale prices in the top 10 were much higher than a year ago.
Six of the top homes sold in February in Greater Cincinnati went for more than $1 million compared to all 10 in January. However, only four homes sold for more than $1 million in February 2018 and two homes sold for more than $2 million last month.
Those top sales helped push the average sale price for the top 10 homes to nearly $1.5 million, up 52 percent from a year ago, when the average was just more than $969,000.
The month’s most expensive home sales included properties in Indian Hill, Sycamore Township, Mariemont, Montgomery, Covington, Deerfield Township and Hyde Park.
