CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A man was arrested for allegedly firing a crossbow into a White Castle window, according to Cincinnati Police.
Tyshawn Carter faces for counts of felonious assault for allegedly endangering the employees inside the fast food restaurant on Old Ludlow Road and Spring Grove Avenue on May 6.
Employees told police that an angry customer came into the White Castle to demand a store credit. They denied the request.
He then used a crossbow to shoot out a window of the White Castle, nearly hitting the employees inside, according to court papers. The arrow penetrated the back wall of the business.
Employees gave police a good description of the man and his vehicle. They quickly found the vehicle and were then able to identify Carter as a suspect. They showed the employees a photo line-up and they identified Carter as the man who used the crossbow.
The Fugitive Apprehension Unit picked up Carter on Monday and found the crossbow in his bedroom, according to police.
A judge ordered Carter held on $200,000 bond. He's also been ordered to stay away from the employees.
