Two-alarm fire in Kennedy Heights displaces 5 adults, 1 child

Crews battle two-alarm fire in Kennedy Heights (WKRC)

KENNEDY HEIGHTS, Ohio (WKRC) - Crews were on the scene of a fire in Kennedy Heights on Tuesday.

Cincinnati Firefighters were called to a two-alarm fire at a house on Odin Avenue. The fire was showing from the roof of the structure.

57 firefighters responded to fight the fire. It was extinguished within 25 minutes of arrival.

Working smoke detectors alerted residents to the fire. There were no injuries.

The estimated amount of damage is said to be $60,000.

Five adults and one child were displaced as a result of the fire. They are being assisted by the Red Cross.
