Despite recent violence, kids come to OTR park to fill bags with candy

As trick-or-treaters hit the streets all over the Tri-State, in Over-the-Rhine, all the kids came to Grant Park. Despite this week's shooting at the park during a memorial for a murdered teenager, kids and their parents came to the annual event. (WKRC)
