Driver dies after crash on downtown Cincinnati ramp

Driver Jordan Hill critically injured in overnight crash on Third Street ramp (WKRC)

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A driver is dead after crashing on a downtown Cincinnati exit ramp. Police say it appears he was speeding.

Jordan Hill, 27, was driving south on I-71 when he exited onto the Third Street ramp. Police say he lost control coming out of the Lytle Tunnel and hit a concrete wall just after midnight on Friday morning.

Police say Hill was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash. Drug and alcohol impairment appear to be factors in the crash, according to police.

Crews rushed him to UC Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Hill died as a result of his injuries on Friday around 1:15 p.m.
