Driver killed in accident in Lower Price Hill identified
LOWER PRICE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - A driver is dead after a crash in Lower Price Hill Wednesday morning. Police have identified him as Derrick Davidson, 37.
An officer at the scene said the car was eastbound on Gest Street when it went left of center near Evans and clipped a city of Cincinnati dump truck. The car hit a guy-wire and rolled over. Davidson was ejected.
Davidson died at UC Medical Center.
Police say it appears Davidson was impaired and speeding at the time of the crash. He also wasn't wearing a seatbelt.
