COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - Firefighters battled flames, frigid temperatures and winds at an apartment fire in Colerain Township Wednesday.
They were called to Town Terrace Drive, off of Pippin Road at about 10:20 a.m. for the fire. That's the Colerain Crossing Apartments.
Extra crews were brought in due to the cold. Firefighters say 15 to 20 mile per hour winds added to the difficulty.
No one was hurt in the fire. The people who lived in the apartment building made it out safely.
The fire did about $35,000 in damage.
