FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind. (WKRC) - An Indiana man was arrested for attempted murder after shooting into a home, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
Joseph Steele was arrested around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday.
An investigation revealed that there was a disagreement at a home on Sanes Creek Road in Laurel. The suspect, later identified as the 37-year-old Steele, returned about 90 minutes later and fired multiple shots into the residence, then fled before officers arrived.
No one was injured in the shooting.
Steele was located at a different address in Laurel and taken into custody without incident, the sheriff’s department said.
