COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - It was all about the dogs at a fundraiser Saturday for a charity started by Bengals punter Kevin Huber and his wife.
The Foundation for Underserved Rescues or FUR held its first Pump for Pups at 50 West Brewery in Columbia Township.
There was a workout along with beer, music and, of course, adoptable pets.
The money raised goes to the Sweet Dream House Rescue.
"They rescue dogs from high kill shelters and put them into foster homes," said Josh Garrett, owner of Cincy 360 Fitness. "Then they try to put them into a furever home as they call it."
The Sweet Dream House Rescue is based in Batavia and has adoption events every Saturday at the Newport and Eastgate Petsmart locations.
