CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - Home sales at the very top of the market started the year with a bang in Greater Cincinnati.
Unlike last January, all 10 of the top homes sold went for well over $1 million. The average sale price for the top 10 homes in 2019 was more than $1.65 million, up more than 55 percent from a year ago when the average was just over $1 million.
January also saw a Cincinnati home sell for more than $2 million.
The most expensive home sales included properties in Mason, Over-the-Rhine, Newport, Indian Hill, Covington, Deerfield Township and Hyde Park.
