CINCINNATI (WKRC) - The Harvest Home Fair may be a thing of the past if people with new ideas and energy don't step up and get involved.
The fair, which has been around for 158 years, has been operated by the Kiwanis Club of Cheviot since 1939.
Members are getting older and they say its time for some younger people to take over the planning.
The Kiwanis Club says they will still participate but cannot do it alone anymore.
A new Harvest Home Fair Association has been formed in order to help make that possible.
A meeting will be held in the lodge at Harvest Home Park for anyone interested in helping to plan the event.
The meeting will take place on Feb. 19 at 7 p.m.
