Woman charged with DUI, wanton endangerment after collision with Kenton County school bus
ERLANGER, Ky. (WKRC) - A Kenton County school bus and another vehicle collided in Erlanger on the first day of school.
Kenton County dispatch says the accident happened just before 8 a.m. at Turkeyfoot Road and Misty Creek Drive. The school bus was occupied by the driver and eight students. They were not hurt.
The driver of the car, 31-year-old Brittany Everhart of Independence, suffered injuries and was transported to St. Elizabeth Edgewood. She was later charged with a DUI and nine charges of wanton endangerment.
The bus and the vehicle were both towed from the scene.
