CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A man was found guilty for his role in two drive-by shootings in South Cumminsville.
Dylan Hurt was found guilty on five charges, including aggravated murder, attempted murder, and felonious assault.
The shootings took place in April 2020. Court documents say Hurt, along with an accomplice, used a car rented by a female friend for both of the shootings.
The first left one victim paralyzed, while the second resulted in the death of David Norwood.
Ballistics evidence and the rental vehicle ultimately led to the arrest and conviction.
Hurt will be sentenced on May 30, 2023, and faces life in prison without parole.
