WALTON, Ky. (WKRC) - Walton, Kentucky's Mayor Gabriel Brown is looking to make a difference in his community in a unique way.

Mayor Brown says that he is willing to let the Boone County Sheriff's Department tase him, as long as others help him raise money to benefit Larrys Kids Foundation Inc.

Larrys Kids Foundation Inc. will benefit needy children in the Walton-Verona School District with that money.

Brown's goal is $4,000 by September 7th. You can help reach that goal by donating to his GoFundMe.

If the goal is reached, Brown promises to let deputies tase him at Walton's annual "Old Fashioned Day". Brown says that he will stream the event live.

"To prove my willingness, please enjoy the video of me demonstrating the awesome power of K-9 Mike from the Boone County Sheriff's Department," said Brown on the GoFundMe page.
