CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A week-long search for a missing Clermont County man has ended.

Frank Buldain was found dead in a wooded area approximately two miles from his residence on Saturday.

On Jan. 26, Buldain, a 75-year-old who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, left his residence in Stonelick Township around 1 p.m. He left on foot and did not return.

Members of the Civil Air Patrol, who volunteered with Texas Equusearch, located Buldain during a ground search.

Sheriff Steve Leahy with the Clermont County Sheriff's Office released a statement thanking those involved with the search.

“I would like to personally thank all of those from the community who volunteered their time and effort today. A special thanks to Texas Equusearch who was instrumental in organizing today's search efforts.

A week ago, Crews searched for hours Buldain after his brother called 911. His brother said Frank had a GPS bracelet but that Frank did not have it on when he left his home.
