CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - The owner of the shuttered O Pie O restaurant in East Walnut Hills plans to open a new concept in that space that is pure Americana.

Lou Ginocchio, who opened O Pie O with his brother-in-law chef Ian Sobeck in 2014, plans to open Hilltop in that space at 1527 Madison Road. The goal is to open by late fall.
