Pair charged with shooting paintball guns at cars

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Two men are in trouble for allegedly shooting paintball guns at moving cars in Amberley Village. Martagous Hurt, 19, and Jasper Johnson, 18, face charges of criminal damaging, criminal mischief, vehicular vandalism and possessing criminal tools.

At least three drivers reported that they were shot at by paintball guns on April 15. According to court papers, the incidents took place in multiple communities, including on East Galbraith Road in Amberley Village. The court papers also say pedestrians were also targeted.

Not only were vehicles damaged, some of the drivers were frightened by the shots.

A judge ordered them each held on $40,000 bond.
