Police: Explosive device destroys "porta potty" in Oxford
OXFORD, Ohio (WKRC) - There is an unnerving story from in Oxford on Wednesday night.
A “porta potty” off Bishop Street, which is right next to Miami University was destroyed in a blast.
Police say an explosive device is to blame.
Workers at a job site found pieces of duct tape and paper in the area covered in black powder residue.
Police think the tape and the paper were used to put the bomb together, but they don't know who did it.
No one was in the porta potty at the time.
