Police identify victim in fatal College Hill shooting

COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - Police are investigating a fatal shooting in College Hill Friday night.

Crews were called to Hamilton and Marlowe avenues around 7 p.m. Police said 28-year-old Giavanni Penman was killed.

Witnesses say Penman was leaving a barbershop on Hamilton when he was shot multiple times. There's no word on a suspect at this time.

Police did make an arrest at the scene, but that person isn't a suspect in the shooting.
