Police identify man accused of trying to run over officers in Walnut Hills

WALNUT HILLS, Ohio (WKRC) - Police are searching for a man they say tried to run over police officers in Walnut Hills Wednesday.

Undercover officers tried pulling over Darris Devaughn on Hemlock Street Wednesday afternoon. Instead, they say Devaughn tried hitting them with his car and drove away.

He apparently crashed a few blocks away at Monroe and Terhune Alley and took off.

Devaughn is wanted on multiple warrants that range from Felonious Assault on a Police Officer to Drug Trafficking of Crack Cocaine and Heroin.

Darris Devaughn is 5'11" and weighs 165 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. Police say he frequents the Walnut Hills area.
