CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Braving the cold to get their hands on Opening Day tickets: It's an annual tradition for die-hard Reds fans.

Some were camped outside for hours at Great American Ball Park Saturday morning to claim their spot in line before tickets go on sale. Fans were allowed to start lining up at 9 a.m. Friday. They received a wristband that told them their place in line.

Tickets went on sale Saturday at 9 a.m. Each person was allowed to buy up to four tickets. You could also buy a $50 Opening Day mystery bag. There's a 1 in 10 chance that mystery bag has Opening Day tickets inside.

There's also a Reds Authentics Spring Sale going on from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.

The Reds will take on the Washington Nationals on Opening Day, which is March 29. The annual Opening Day Parade will follow on April 2.
