CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - The owners of an Oakley restaurant and pub plan to renovate a former garage building in East Walnut Hills into a restaurant with a rooftop deck.

Brothers Troy and Brendan McAndrews, owners of McAndrews Glass and the Establishment in Oakley, plan to convert the former garage building at 2724 Woodburn Ave. in East Walnut Hills into a high-end neighborhood bar across two floors, with several areas for private events and a rooftop deck.
