COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - There is new life on the northern corners of a major intersection in College Hill.
After 20 years of planning and development, the ribbon was cut on Hanobe at Linden Square.
The mixed-use development includes 171-unit housing units and commercial space. It sits at the corner of Hamilton Avenue and Borth Bend Road.
Developer Pennrose and the College Hill Urban Re-development Corporation completed the project. It cost just over $31 million.
