CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Cradle Cincinnati has been working for several years to reduce the number of infants who die before they turn one.
On Saturday, the non-profit reports its lowest numbers on record for the African American community.
Meredith Shockley-Smith joined Local 12 News on Saturday to discuss.
"What we are doing in Cincinnati is really exciting," she said.
Cradle Cincinnati focuses its research in specific neighborhoods including North College Hill and Winton Hills.
