CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Police believe two men shot and killed another man in South Cumminsville and also shot someone the week before, leaving him a quadriplegic. Dylan Hurt and Leaunte Baltimore both appeared in court Thursday.

Local 12 was there when Hurt was arrested in Newport earlier in the week.

Investigators believe both he and Baltimore shot a man in the neck and the back on Llewellyn Avenue on April 7. He's the victim who is now paralyzed.

They believe both shot and killed David Norwood on Cass Avenue eight days later.

Police have not released a motive for either shooting.

A judge ordered Hurt held on $1.5 million.

Baltimore already appeared in court on April 29 for the murder of Norwood. A judge added $500,000 to that for the shooting on Llewellyn.
