CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Economic forecasters expect shoppers to increase holiday spending by 3.2 percent over 2017 as consumer confidence continues to soar.
The University of Cincinnati's Economics Center focuses on Ohio only, taking a look at the shopping season from Black Friday through January.
Its annual forecast says with the state seeing growth in jobs, wages, housing prices and other key indicators, retail spending could climb to nearly $25 billion.
