Woman ordered to stay away from mother's Madeira nursing home after arrest
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A woman is now barred from visiting her mother in a nursing home after an incident. Erica McBride is charged with assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
According to court papers, McBride was roughly washing her mother, who was crying out in pain on Saturday. A nurse asked McBride to leave. As the nurse called for more help, she said McBride grabbed her, scratched her face and knocked her glasses off.
When police arrived, they found McBride was "highly intoxicated". Officers say she refused to let them put handcuffs on her and cussed at them. They finally got her into custody.
A judge ordered her held on $3500 bond. He ordered her to stay away from the nursing home.
