Dayton couple recognized by President for fostering opioid-affected children
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - An Ohio family was by President Donald Trump's side when announced his plan to fight the opioid crisis.
Jesse and Cyndi Swafford have fostered a dozen kids during the Opioid epidemic.
Their two oldest, seen in blue, were both born exposed to opioids.
The president called the Swaffords "guardian angels" while outlining his plan to help get more people into treatment and direct more money to help communities.
