Former Bengals player building $14 million dual-branded hotel

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - Kingsley + Co., the commercial real estate company founded by former Cincinnati Bengals safety Chinedum Ndukwe, has started construction on a $14 million hotel in Mount Auburn.

Kingsley is developing a dual-branded Comfort Suites and Mainstay Hotel. The new hotel will have 113 rooms between the limited service and extended stay brands from Choice Hotel International Inc.

The dual-branded hotel will cater to family and business travelers who are looking for options close to the hospitals and colleges near the area.

“This is a product that Uptown needs,” Ndukwe said.
