Colerain can't overcome turnovers, fall in state semis (WKRC)

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WKRC) - Colerain played for a spot in the Division I state final for the first time since 2004, but Pickerington Central snapped the Cardinals' 11-game win streak and ended their season with a 48-21 decision.

JJ Davis carried 9 times for 244 yards and three touchdowns. But the Cardinals totaled five turnovers in the second half, surrendering a 21-20 third quarter lead.

Tiger quarterback Demeatric Crenshaw ran 17 times for 117 yards and four touchdowns.
