Mason blanks Elder 4-0

MASON, Ohio (WKRC) - Mason posted a 4-0 win over Elder on the day when the Comets honored 2022 Ohio Prep Player of the Year Brenden Garula.

Alex Koelling had two hits and knocked in two runs. Nick Stroud added an RBI-single. Michael Bilo struck out six in 4 and 2/3 innings and Bryce Brannon sealed the shutout by allowing just a single hit in 2 and 1/3 innings.

Mason improved to 22-3 while Elder finished the regular season 16-8.
