CINCINNATI (WKRC) - The Cincinnati Reds 2017 season was all about rebuilding and developing talent to the point the franchise could start stringing together winning seasons in 2018 and 2019.

And while it may be too early to heap praise on recent draft classes (Hunter Greene, Jeter Downs, etc. ) and signings, Baseball America does consider the Reds to be in the top half of the majors in terms of minor league talent. That publication also ranks the top 10 prospects in each organization. Nick Senzel is not only the team's top prospect but the 3B is No. 9 among all of minor league baseball.
