CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Xavier head coach Sean Miller has added a second center from the transfer portal this offseason.
Abou Ousmane posted to social media that he committed to X after averaging 11.1 points and 6 rebounds playing 24 minutes per game last season for North Texas.
The 6-foot-10, 230-pound Ousmane has two years of eligibility remaining.
Xavier lost starting center Jack Nunge, who moved on to start a professional career, and backups Cesare Edwards and Dieonte Miles went into the transfer portal.
Ousmane is the third player from Conference USA to make the move to Xavier in the last two weeks, joining former Western Kentucky point guard Dayvion McKnight and former Rice shooting guard Quincy Olivari.
Moeller alum and former Indiana Hoosiers center Logan Duncomb committed to the program two weeks ago.
