CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Xavier head coach Sean Miller had a massive hole for a sharpshooter in his backcourt after losing both Souley Boum and Adam Kunkel to graduation. He's seemingly filled that void by landing Rice transfer Quincy Olivari.
The 6-foot-3 shooting guard has one year of eligibility remaining.
Olivari, Rice's all-time leader in three-point field goals made after his four years, is the third transfer for the Musketeers this offseason, joining point guard Dayvion McKnight and center Logan Duncomb.
Olivari averaged 18.7 points per game, shooting 41.3% from the field and 36.4% from three-point range. He was named Second Team All-Conference USA.
